Lakeridge Health Oshawa is seeking a Social Worker in the Child Youth and Family Program (CYFP) to provide outpatient support to youth and families, liaising with community organizations to aid care access and smooth transitions from CYFP.
As a CYFP Social Worker, you will conduct individual, group and family therapy for youth with moderate to severe mental health issues, utilizing CBT, DBT, emotion-focused skills, and brief intervention approaches within a team-oriented, interdisciplinary team.
