This essential in office role reports to the Director of Site Operations, focusing on the maintenance and reliability of critical building systems. The ideal candidate brings at least 7–10 years of progressive facilities experience in a GMP-regulated environment and a proactive approach to maintenance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support uninterrupted operations and regulatory compliance while leading sanitation and metrology efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead performance of GMP and non-GMP facility systems
• Direct management of utilities and essential equipment




• Oversee preventive and emergency maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
• Manage contractors and service vendors for facilities work

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 7–10 years in GMP facilities maintenance
• 3–5 years in leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance
