Key Responsibilities:
• Support Fire Dispatch and Suppression Services applications
• Design and implement system integrations and updates
• Configure CAD response rules and operational parameters




• Engage in application lifecycle management and upgrades
• Develop documentation and knowledge base content

Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 4–7 years hands-on experience with business applications
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and GIS technologies
• Experience in public safety or emergency services
• Strong analytical and communication skills
