PrimaryResponsibility The Lead Pastor serves as the primary preacher, teacher, and spiritual leader of the church. Heis responsible forthe overall leadership, direction, and effectiveness of the church’s ministries and operations, aligned with its vision and Statement of Faith.
The Lead Pastor reports tothe Boardon organizational matters and to the membership as the church's main spiritual leader.
