As the Director of Wellness Centre, you will oversee program quality, manage budgets exceeding $2M, and direct daily operations for over 60 staff. Your role includes developing community-focused counselling programs that address physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. You will serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors and partner agencies to drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess service quality for Wellness programs
• Direct day-to-day management of all centre operations




• Set program strategy aligning with organizational objectives
• Oversee reporting for Addiction Management Information System
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports for the Board

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Health or Addictions
• Certified by a recognized Canadian body
• Minimum of five years in senior leadership
• Experience in addictions counselling and administration
• Advanced skills in report writing and Microsoft Office
