Our Business Development Managers are trusted advisors who help customers grow their business through cutting-edge products, thoughtful design, and strategic partnerships. They don't simply sell hardware—they understand how our customers operate, uncover opportunities, and deliver solutions that create lasting value.

As we continue to expand across North America, we're looking for two experienced Business Development Managers who thrive on building executive level relationships, developing new business, and growing strategic accounts. If you're energized by meaningful business conversations, solving business challenges, and representing a premium brand known for innovation, design, and manufacturing excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Location
This position may be based in Surrey, BC or Toronto, ON, with travel throughout the United States of up to 50%.

What You’ll Do:

Own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across an assigned territory

Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key customer accounts while identifying new market opportunities

Build strong relationships with purchasers, showroom managers, business owners, executives and decision makers.

Understand each customer's business and recommend solutions that support their organizational growth.

Deliver product training and educate customers on new products and programs.

Visit customer showrooms to provide merchandising and product display recommendations.

Research new markets, identify prospective customers, and develop strategic opportunities.

Negotiate agreements that create value for both the customer and TAG.

Partner with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.





Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve growth targets.

What You’ll Bring

Strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach.

Executive presence and confidence working with owners, executives, and senior decision-makers. Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence business owners, executives, and senior decision-makers through commercially focused conversations.

Proven success building long-term customer partnerships.

Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.

Accountability, follow-through, and ownership of results.

Curiosity, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset.

What You Have

7+ years of experience in business development, account management, consultative sales, or strategic customer management.

Experience in closets, cabinetry, architectural hardware, building products, home organization, furniture components, or related industries is preferred

Demonstrated success growing key accounts and developing new business.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.

Comfortable with regular North American travel.

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

A base salary of $120,000 plus competitive bonus structure based on performance objectives.
