RBC is seeking a Staff Engineer on the ASEDA team to build enterprise-grade agentic AI and generative AI systems. You will design MCP servers, orchestrate agents, and connect LLMs to business workflows, delivering production-ready solutions.
You will influence architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate across Risk, Finance, and Operations to scale AI capabilities with robust safety, observability, and tooling. This is a high-impact role at one of Canada’s largest banks.
