As an Innovation and Design Lead, you will report to the Sr. Manager in Storage Engineering, focusing on modernizing core platforms. Key components of this role include applying design thinking principles, leading complex initiatives, and communicating effectively with executives. This is a high-impact position that shapes future platforms and drives modernization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design initiatives from problem framing to delivery
• Apply design thinking to technical challenges




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on platform solutions
• Drive architectural evolution and tooling improvements
• Develop executive-ready presentations articulating solutions

Requirements:
• 7+ years in innovation, design, or enterprise technology
• Robust grounding in design thinking methodologies
• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Nutanix
• Proven ability to lead platform modernization efforts
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
