Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Product Specialist to join our North American team and play a key role in the growth and success of our transformer insulation portfolio. In this exciting global role, you will combine market insight, technical expertise, and innovation to influence product strategy, identify new opportunities, and strengthen our competitive position in a rapidly evolving industry. You will work closely with customers, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams across the Americas to support existing products and help bring new solutions to market. You will analyze market trends, evaluate customer needs, support product development initiatives, and contribute to advancing high-voltage insulation technologies used in critical power infrastructure worldwide. How you'll make an impact Analyze market trends and assess their impact on the transformer insulation portfolio.
Identify opportunities to differentiate products through customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
Evaluate technical requirements and conduct competitive assessments to uncover product improvement opportunities.
Maintain and enhance technical specifications to ensure product competitiveness and customer value.
Lead performance improvement initiatives through benchmarking activities and quality feedback analysis.
Support compliance with international regulations and industry standards across the product lifecycle.
Translate market and customer requirements into actionable inputs for product roadmaps and development activities.




Develop and deliver technical presentations, launch materials, and training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
