This full-time position demands hands-on leadership to guide your engineering team and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of new generator and power products
• Oversee existing product portfolio performance




• Conduct design reviews and feasibility studies

Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering
• 8–10 years in generator manufacturing or power systems
• Robust technical knowledge of energy storage
• Demonstrated leadership in managing engineering teams
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
