This position within the Development Commitments section will see you evaluating applications and resolving challenges in development projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring The City’s interests are met through effective management of agreements, infrastructure information, and financial obligations. Your expertise will drive successful outcomes in residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with business units and external partners on agreements
• Assess and write agreements related to land development
• Manage financial recoveries and issue necessary permits
• Provide infrastructure information for transactions
• Evaluate financial obligations and create payment processing
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in development experience
• Project Management Skilled designation preferred
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu or ArcGIS desired
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
