and efficient work areasOther duties as assigned by the Project Manager or SuperintendentAbout you:5+ years of experience in civil underground utility constructionProven experience in a Foreman or lead hand roleStrong knowledge of underground utility installation methods and materialsAbility to read and interpret civil construction drawingsKnowledge of trench safety, shoring systems, and excavation regulationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet project schedulesValid driver’s licenseFirst Aid, WHMIS, and relevant safety certifications (asset)Work EnvironmentOutdoor construction sites in varying weather conditionsPhysically demanding work environmentMay require extended hours to meet project deadlinesSalary Range:$40-55/hourAbout The Company:Founded on more than 35 years of collective professional experience, CapWest is specialized in meeting the modern needs of the growing construction industry in North America.
