ODAIA is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to build the company’s in‑house legal function. You will own complex enterprise agreements, guide AI-governance, and work hands-on in drafting contracts while shaping internal policies for a rapid‑growing life sciences intelligence platform.
You will collaborate with the CFO, CCO, and sales, lead negotiations with Fortune 500 pharma customers, and implement scalable playbooks that support rapid commercial velocity and risk management.
