In this hands-on role, you will report to the Deal Closing Manager and maintain current reconciliations for clients. With 3-4 years of experience in real estate brokerage accounting, your skills in money movement and attention to detail will be essential. You will also streamline processes and strengthen internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct timely bank and trust account reconciliations
• Verify final trade sheets before filing
• Suggest improvements to strengthen controls
• Take ownership of end-to-end reconciliations
• Manage multiple deals efficiently without oversight
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of real estate accounting experience
• Solid grasp of trust accounting and commission flows
• Experienced in general accounting and reconciliations
• Comfortable with monetary transactions and collections
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
