This role requires assisting with Welding and Quality Assurance activities within defined project parameters. Candidates should have a diploma in Welding Engineering Technology and ideally 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. The position involves communication with field personnel and maintaining welding tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with Weld/QA/QC activities on project sites
• Help develop Quality plans and Inspection procedures
• Maintain and upkeep welding tools and equipment
• Aid field personnel in quality control activities
• Collaborate with departments to produce documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma in Welding Engineering Technology
• 0 to 2 years of welding experience preferred
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of various welding processes
• Ability to travel across Canada and to the US
