With more than two years of prior experience, candidates must exhibit solid leadership skills to enhance productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance. You'll monitor KPIs while resolving any discrepancies in shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily operational activities
• Oversee all facets of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Plan staffing, assign tasks, and monitor productivity




• Investigate and resolve shipping errors and inventory variances
• Maintain accurate records using WMS and Microsoft Excel

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of warehouse experience in logistics or fulfillment
• 1+ year supervisory or team lead experience
• Proficient with WMS, ERP, and data-entry tools
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail skills
