We are hiring a Senior Marketing Account Manager to drive measurable marketing results for our clients.



This role is accountable for strategic oversight, client retention, project management, and performance outcomes across all digital channels. You will manage the client relationship end-to-end while directing internal resources to deliver on your agreed-upon strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Own a defined client list, with performance measured against retention, client satisfaction, and account growth targets

Set the strategic vision and define success metrics for each client, then partner with our internal team to execute against that vision

Oversee marketing across social media, Google Ads, SEO, email automation, branding, and websites

Deliver regular performance reporting to clients, tying deliverables to measurable outcomes (traffic, conversions, ROAS, engagement, etc.)

Independently own client communication, running meetings with a clear agenda, action items, and follow-through

Balance a multi-client workload while consistently hitting deliverables and deadlines

Quickly learn the nuances of the death care profession so you can independently manage client strategy
