Collaborating closely with Practice Group Leaders, you'll oversee integration and mentorship processes while ensuring associates achieve performance goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement engagement and retention initiatives for law associates
• Manage and oversee the mentorship program for associates
• Support career development and goal accountability for associates




• Work collaboratively with teams on training and performance feedback
• Monitor associate workloads and reporting needs

Requirements:
• JD or Bachelor's degree in law required
• Minimum five years of experience in a law firm
