Candidates will have to do research and support the development of labor relations policy framework and procedures.
Candidates will have to support the review and refresh of established city policies to ensure alignment with labor relations.
Candidates will also get engaged and consult with city and union partners on labor relations policy and programs.
Candidates will also have to perform other related duties.
Job Requirements Candidates must have completed a post-secondary education program, labor relations, and law.




Candidates must have 5 years of diversified and progressive human resources experience and 3 years of labor relations experience.
Candidates must have a valid Alberta class 5 drivers license.
Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work setting Candidates must have proficiency in Google suite of applications.
