Shared Health is seeking a Disability Management Consultant to direct workplace disability management activities and support ill or injured employees through reintegration into the workforce.
The role requires leadership, solid communication, and knowledge of workers’ compensation policies along with privacy and human rights legislation. Travel across Manitoba facilities is expected, with a focus on collaboration among management, unions, HR and external providers.
