Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and spray primer and topcoat on components
• Clean, mask, and demask surfaces for painting
• Mix and apply sealants to various aircraft parts
• Maintain equipment and document quality actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the cell

Requirements:
• High school diploma and 2+ years painting experience
• Skilled in crane and hoist operations
• Eligible for ITAR and CCGP
• Strong teamwork and independent work skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding setting
