The Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law and the Department of Philosophy invite applications for this dual appointment. This position requires exceptional candidates with a JD or equivalent, ideally a doctoral degree. Candidates must showcase research excellence through publications, conference presentations, and strong endorsements, along with teaching accomplishments and a comprehensive teaching dossier.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cutting-edge and independent legal and philosophical research
• Establish a competitive, externally funded research program
• Teach and mentor students in relevant courses
• Engage in departmental and faculty service responsibilities
• Pursue collaborative interdisciplinary research opportunities
Requirements:
• JD or equivalent degree, with a preference for a doctoral degree
• Demonstrated research excellence in Law and Philosophy
