Qsight is looking for a motivated engineer to enhance our operations team. You will be responsible for platform administration, troubleshooting, and automating processes with programming tools such as Python. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to proactively improve our tech infrastructure, ensuring outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations for critical SaaS platforms like Tableau and Freshdesk
• Automate manual tasks using Python and PowerAutomate
• Create custom reports and dashboards using SQL
• Actively monitor system health through tools like Datadog
• Document procedures and create runbooks for internal use
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 4+ years operational experience with SaaS tools
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation
• Solid document creation skills for runbooks
• Interest in site reliability engineering or systems programming
