What youll do

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
• Generate revenue through various channels, including inbound and outbound communications, while nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Actively prospect to create and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
• Utilize Salesforce daily to manage accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities in accordance with departmental best practices.
• Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in selling B2B software solutions to targeted accounts.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proven ability to develop and manage your designated region or vertical,
  
  
  
  collaborating effectively with the Yubico Sales Team.
• Experience managing complex sales processes within mid-market and Global 2000 companies.
• A results-driven mindset that combines initiative with a collaborative approach.
• Background in executing call plans, leading account-planning sessions, and implementing effective account strategies.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in identity security or related fields.
• Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography concepts.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Robust understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
