As the Student Awards Associate, you will report directly to the Director of Grants and Community Initiatives. Your main responsibility includes overseeing applications and ensuring awards are processed fairly and efficiently. You will be the primary contact for students and educational institutions, thus requiring strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate multiple student award programs
• Promote award programs to increase student engagement
• Oversee internal review processes for applications
• Ensure timely processing of award decisions and payments
• Support grant applications and document preparation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in grant administration or program management
• University degree in business or related field
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and grant management systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
