Mandatory Requirements All applicants must have successfully completed or be currently enrolled and engaged in the Building Environmental Systems Certification program with an expected successful completion of this program within two years of the start date of this position. Applicants who have completed a similar or equivalent certification may have their credentials reviewed and considered for equivalency.
Three (3) years' experience in facility,



equipment building systems, plant & HVAC maintenance and preventative maintenance. Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have computer skills as well as experience with building automation control systems
Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Must be able available for on-call with the ability to report to the facility within 30 minutes
