Qualifications

8+ years of Capital Markets consulting or business analysis experience

Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and financial products

Experience working with senior business stakeholders





Excellent documentation and facilitation skills

Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements

Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders

Analyze current-state business processes

Design future-state operating models and workflows

Develop business cases and solution recommendationsCreate functional specifications and user stories

Support UAT planning and execution

Coordinate across cross-functional project teams
