DASCH is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide vital administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and Board of Directors. With a commitment to assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities, you will play a key role in facilitating smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, correspondence, and meeting agendas while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive administrative support to the CEO and Board members
• Manage CEO’s calendar and schedules efficiently
• Review and screen incoming correspondence for the CEO




• Draft emails, letters, and memos on behalf of executives
• Organize and record minutes from meetings and committees

Requirements:
• A minimum of three years of executive administrative experience
• Completion of an administrative or paralegal program
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Accurate typing skills of 60 WPM or more
• Robust communication and organizational skills
