As a Clinical Educator, you will lead training initiatives for field staff within the district. This full time role requires strong leadership skills and at least 3–5 years of experience in adult education, particularly in community nursing practices. Collaboration with the Care and Services Manager and integrating client-centered practices will be vital to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create educational plans aligned with district objectives
• Deliver comprehensive clinical orientations to Nursing staff
• Train and assign preceptors for student placements
• Conduct needs assessments for curriculum development
• Champion ParaMed’s policies through effective training
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
• 3–5 years in an adult education environment
• 2–3 years practicing as a community Registered Nurse
• Familiarity with relevant healthcare legislation
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
