HONK is looking for a detail-oriented IT Operations Lead as our first in-house IT hire, reporting to the CTO. You will manage the entire IT lifecycle, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and PCI DSS protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive IT security initiatives and manage mobile application access
• Administer Google Workspace, including security settings and groups




• Oversee the full hardware lifecycle and endpoint management
• Provision and maintain software tooling for internal teams
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements:
• 4-7+ years in IT administration or operations experience
• Expertise in Google Workspace and MDM management
• Proven skills in audit control implementation
• Familiarity with EDR, particularly CrowdStrike
• Solid documentation and communication abilities
