Versaterm is seeking a Manager of Treasury and Collections to drive financial accountability in our PE-backed SaaS company. This role is pivotal in overseeing treasury operations and enhancing collection processes.

As a Manager in a high-growth setting, you will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and efficient cash management at Versaterm. This position requires strong accounting principles and collaboration with finance teams to enhance treasury efficiency and compliance. Lead initiatives to implement automated systems while driving collections excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor cash balances and manage liquidity across entities
• Oversee collections staff and day-to-day operations
• Prepare rolling cash forecasts and analyze financial trends




• Ensure compliance with credit policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate with teams to improve cash collection performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA required)
• 6–8+ years in accounting or treasury roles
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems and treasury platforms
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
