This permanent full time role involves leading a team to foster growth and drive complex projects across Clinical Operations. As a collaborative leader, you will ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations, implement innovative safety initiatives, and enhance operational effectiveness across multiple sites. Your leadership will define future healthcare standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of IH-wide safety strategies
• Guide team of coordinators in safety standards
• Oversee workplace safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Establish systems for data analysis and reporting
• Act as liaison with other IH departments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Sciences
• Minimum of five years of experience, two in a leadership role
• Proven track record in program management
• Effective communicator with negotiation skills
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s Licence
