You will diagnose and manage common health issues, provide oversight and education to staff, and collaborate with other health professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat common health problems
• Collaborate on patient care with primary care providers
• Supervise clinical staff and student placements




• Develop work goals with your supervisor
• Report safety incidents and assist in client care

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in a community-based healthcare setting
• Registration in Ontario’s Extended Class required
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent skills in triage and clinical judgments
• Knowledge of local community health issues
