Bayshore HealthCare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support HR functions at their branch. This role offers a unique prospect to manage recruitment, employee performance, and health and safety initiatives. You will work closely with the Area Director and collaborate with the National Service Centre HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle recruitment inquiries and hiring processes
• Conduct interviews and complete reference checks
• Oversee employee orientation and training programs
• Manage employee engagement activities and benefits
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
• Human Resources Diploma or Degree
• CHRP designation in progress is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
