As an Equipment Associate, you will provide labor support to technicians and sales staff. Your tasks include inspecting and cleaning equipment, as well as loading and unloading rental tools and machinery. This role could lead to development opportunities in our Driver and Service Technician programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Check returned equipment for damage and compliance
• Inspect rental equipment for safety and functionality
• Maintain a clean workspace and equipment
• Load and unload rental items for customers
• Demonstrate equipment features to clients

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a good record
• Solid customer service and teamwork skills
• Attention to safety in all tasks
• Ability to lift items frequently up to 45 lbs.
