Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ customer service experience
• Bilingual: French and English proficiency required
• Experience in tutoring or mentoring
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Solid organizational and teamwork capabilities
