Your Role

As Maintenance Planner , you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:

Develop detailed maintenance work plans, including labor, materials, tools and while ensuring safety measures and appropriate training

Build and manage short and long range maintenance schedules in collaboration with operations, engineering and plant leadership

Prioritize corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime

Ensure all work orders are properly scoped, planned and ready for execution





Analyze equipment history and failure trends to improve reliability and reduce repeat issues

Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Ensure required parts, materials and tools are available prior to scheduled work

Maintain accurate maintenance records, KPIs, and reporting metrics

What you bring

You're a natural fit for Maintenance Planner if you have:

Post-secondary education in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. (or equivalent experience)

3-5+ years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment (corrugated or heavy industrial preferred)

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a production setting

Proficiency with MS365, CMMS systems (e.g., SOP, Maximo, or similar)
