Key Responsibilities:
• Assess child safety and wellbeing concerns effectively
• Collaborate with families to develop case plans
• Advocate for community connections and resources
• Participate in risk assessments and court testimonies
• Supervise children in the Minister's care
Requirements:
• Master's in Social Work or Bachelor’s with two years’ experience
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for NSCSW registration
• Deep understanding of child development and trauma-informed care
• Robust problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Commitment to working inclusively with diverse populations
