WSP is seeking a dedicated individual to join its Overhead Transmission Lines team within the Power Delivery group. This role supports the design and planning of medium- to extra-high-voltage transmission lines across Canada and the U.S. You'll gain technical exposure and mentorship while contributing to both engineering studies and field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning overhead transmission line projects
• Contribute to calculations and technical evaluations
• Prepare engineering drawings and reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in field activities for practical insights
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant engineering discipline
• Strong interest in power delivery and consulting engineering
• Familiar with AutoCAD or similar design tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
