Position Summary
Join Our Team at the Kelowna Warehouse (Reids Corner) in Beautiful Kelowna, BC!

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Scheduler, you'll play a key role in ensuring maintenance operations run efficiently across a large and complex healthcare workplace. Working closely with Trade Supervisors and Facilities Management & Operations teams, you'll coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities, manage work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and help prioritize work that supports safe, reliable building operations while minimizing disruptions to patient care.

You'll develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules, coordinate daily and long-term work plans, monitor workload metrics and key performance indicators, and ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders will help optimize maintenance resources and support the delivery of high-quality facilities services across Interior Health.

Qualfications

Grade 12 plus graduation from a recognized program in building technology. 3 years of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Valid Class 5 Driver's License

*** To be considered, you must have successfully completed a diploma in Architectural and Building Technology. ***

*** Experience with Computer Maintenance Management System an asset. ***
