Yukon University is seeking a responsive and solutions-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical support and technology services to faculty, staff, and students across the University. This role helps ensure the reliable operation of computing, classroom, and office technology that supports teaching, learning, research, and administrative activities. Qualifications A diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, industry certifications,



and directly related experience may be considered.
A minimum of two years of experience providing technical support in a help desk or desktop support environment.
Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, peripheral devices, and audiovisual technology.
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
Assets Experience supporting technology in a post-secondary or similarly complex workplace.
