In this role, you'll support chemical and consumer product regulatory compliance activities with responsibilities centered on SDS authoring, hazard classifications, and updating regulatory data. Your expertise in U.S. and Canadian labeling regulations will be crucial for maintaining alignment and accuracy within all documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Author and maintain Safety Data Sheets for product compliance
• Document GHS hazard classifications effectively
• Ensure SDS accuracy across all sections
• Manage SDS updates due to regulatory changes
• Oversee SDS distribution and respond to inquiries
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field
• 3-6 years in regulatory compliance or hazard communication
• Hands-on experience with SDS authoring
• Knowledge of DOT and TDG regulations
• Robust documentation and communication skills
