The YWHO Provincial Office at CAMH is hiring a full-time Engagement Coordinator for Indigenous Wellness Initiatives. This position emphasizes collaboration with Indigenous communities, particularly First Nations, Inuit, and Métis youth. You will guide efforts in transforming systems to provide culturally relevant mental health services, leveraging lived experiences to inform practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee outreach and recruitment for the Provincial Indigenous Youth and Family Advisory Circle
• Support engagement initiatives with Indigenous youth and families




• Facilitate meetings and consultations with diverse stakeholders
• Provide mentorship to staff on Indigenous engagement strategies
• Evaluate and document key takeaways from discussions

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years as an engagement facilitator
• Deep understanding of Indigenous youth and family engagement principles
• Experience with lived experience focus groups
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Bilingualism in French/English or Indigenous language is an asset
