As a non-union Physiotherapist at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, you will work in a dynamic setting, engaging in patient education and treatment planning. Your strong interpersonal skills are key as you collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues in a team. This role includes designing treatment plans, clinical evaluations, and oversight of students and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat patients in spinal cord rehab
• Design and adapt individual treatment plans
• Engage in patient and team education
• Participate in clinical rounds and committees
• Document clinical workload and patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Minimum two years of neuro rehab experience
• Certification in NDT/Bobath preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
