Join Nezul Be Hunuyeh in Fort St. James as a Finance Clerk. This permanent full time role demands precision in financial operations and effective administrative support.
As an integral part of the Finance Department, the Finance Clerk will report to the Finance Supervisor. This role focuses on processing accounts payable, payroll support, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. You will contribute to accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in financial operations while engaging with both vendors and employees to resolve inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable invoices accurately
• Match invoices to purchase orders meticulously
• Prepare and process payments including cheques
• Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies
• Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum one year accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and acceptable Criminal Record Check
