Candidates should have at least 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience, along with solid conflict management skills. Managers will also be responsible for supervising direct reports, managing inventory, and planning production schedules to keep operations efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train warehouse team members for optimal productivity
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory organization
• Track warehouse activities, sales,
and purchasing consistency
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources effectively
• Resolve employee issues and maintain communication across levels
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of logistics leadership experience
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work in various temperatures
• Flexible work schedule availability, including weekends
• Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
