Responsibilities: Review and track business transactions and activities for a given subset of the organization to confirm compliance with international regulations, laws, and ordinances.
Identify and investigate sanction violations, conduct research on regulations causing violations, and collect evidence to identify the root causes of sanction violations.
Document and archive sanction violation incidents for future reporting, transaction processing, and reference for recent business operations.
Analyze risks associated with given transactions and operations and determine appropriate solutions to address the risks.
Stay knowledgeable about international law and sanction updates to keep the organization informed.
