As a part-time RPN, you will report to the Health & Wellness Manager and focus on delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Your role supports the emotional and physical well-being of residents, centered on dignity and respect while promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver medication and wound care to residents
• Conduct health assessments and maintain documentation
• Collaborate on individualized care plans with the healthcare team




• Respond to emergencies and advocate for residents
• Monitor medication storage and oversee the administration program

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in gerontology or related field
• Valid license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum three years in a leadership or supervisory role
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Police Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check needed
