Cyclic Materials is seeking an experienced Manager, External Financial Reporting to lead global external reporting and statutory compliance as we scale internationally. This role owns consolidated reporting under US GAAP and supports SEC filings and investor reporting.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will collaborate with Accounting, FP&A;, Tax, and external auditors to ensure accurate, timely disclosures and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
