Job Description:
Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies, policies, programs, practices and tactics in local, national and international environments.
Provide specialized and complex information on qualified licensure, including required national examinations and assessment pathways, to physicians and health professionals considering Saskatchewan as a place to work/practice.
Build trusting relationships with students, residents, physicians and health professionals to influence their decision on where to work/practice.
Utilize,
support and troubleshoot software that hosts candidate profiles to ensure the Agency has the insights needed to promote career opportunities
provide front-line service to public and others on services and programs such as incentives, resources for licensing and job posting
Contribute to sourcing and recruitment activities such initial screening of profiles and resumes; tracking and reporting.
Travel Required: From time to time, local, national and international travel may be required.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Education:
Bachelors degree or diploma in human resources or commerce/business administration or other relevant field.

Knowledge and Abilities
1 to 2 years of experience working with diverse and external clients, ideally in human resource recruitment.
Knowledge of physician and health professional licensure would be an asset.
